A: The Funky Finds Spring Fling is an indie art & craft fair featuring the work of over 100 artisans. The public is invited to attend our event & enjoy a day of shopping! Preview participating vendors beforehand.
Q: What is the admission price and cost of parking? A: The event if FREE! Yes, you heard right. There is no fee for admission & no fee for parking.
Q: Do vendors accept checks or credit cards?
A: Attendees are urged to bring plenty of cash. Some vendors may accept credit card payments via PayPal or ProPay and some may accept small personal checks (with ID). All accept cash & there are two ATMs on the Will Rogers property (see detailed map).
Q: Who can attend the Funky Finds Spring Fling? A: Everyone! We welcome families, children (supervised, of course) and pets. If you bring your pet, please have them on a leash & make sure they have up-to-date vaccines.
Q: What's the deal with the charitable raffle? A: Our generous vendors, sponsors & other business owners have donated thousands of dollars worth of items. Raffle tickets cost $1.00 each (cash only). All the money benefits Aflac Cancer Center & Blood Disorders Service, Humane Society of North Texas, and the Tarrant Area Food Bank. The first fifty people to purchase a raffle ticket will receive a handmade swag bag full of goodies!
Q: When does the event begin & end? A: The doors will open at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 25, and close at 6:00 pm.
Q: What else is there to do in Fort Worth? A: Make April 25 a fun-filled day by hitting up other local hot spots near the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The National Cowgirl Hall of Fame, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, Modern Art Museum, Amon Carter Museum, Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Zoo, and Sundance Square are just a few of the exciting sights Fort Worth has to offer.
Q: Where is the Will Rogers Memorial Center? A: The Will Rogers Memorial Center is located at 3409 Burnett-Tandy Drive, Fort Worth 76107. The Spring Fling will be held in the Small Exhibits Building (also known as the Poulty Building) located between the Sheep and Cattle Barns. View our maps for detailed directions.
Q: Will food and drinks be available? A: Concessions will be available for purchase. The menu includes classic chicken caesar salads, classic chef salads, small dinner salads, nachos, hot dogs, assorted potato chips & candy, Beverage items include water and assorted bottled 20oz sodas (Coca-cola, Diet Coke, Mr. Pibb, Sprite).
Q: Can I bring a camera? A: You may bring a camera, but please ask vendors before taking photos of their merchandise and booths.
